Now, day 4 starts in the wee hours of the morning. Peggy and Holly were snug in their beds, with visions of Jack and Coke dancing in their heads. Then what to our wondering ears should we hear? A creature howling! And it’s much too near! It’s roar is like thunder! It’s screech most annoying! We climb from our beds but can’t see where we’re going!. We stumble and crash and make quite a clatter? But, we have to find out what is the matter! We creep towards where the creature is waiting. We pause. Hold our breath, get ready for slaying! When, out of the darkness we hear a faint grumble. We stop and wait. And sure enough it starts to mumble. Yes, it’s no creature. It’s nothing fierce with eyes glowing. It’s the third of our party and he is SNORING! Now, I’ve heard snoring before and it can be quite nefarious! But this snoring was nothing but hilarious! We stand there and laugh and take a few pictures. After all, this is ammo for games in the future. We poke and prod to try to make this noise stop. But, all of our efforts were for naught. We turn on some music to try and drown out the racket. But, this only makes our friend turn into a cricket! His legs starts to jiggle then to the music they just rub along. It’s like he’s trying to make his very own cricket song! After a while we’re too exhausted and get used to it. We find our earplugs and drift off to our very own cricket music!
